Personalizing your sandbox

The same great editing features as our regular click through demos are available to you, making it easier to deliver personalized demos to your prospects.

Editing your UI

You can edit the UI of your sandbox just like you would with a regular click through demo.

Toggle on “Edit UI” mode in the editor and you can point and click to make changes to your sandbox.

This includes modifying text, images, and hiding or blurring content on the page.

You can also perform “Find and Replace” to update all instances of a text or image in your sandbox.

Using variables

HowdyGo supports the use of variables to set text in your sandbox. By using the format:

{{variableName|fallback value}}

You can then pass the variable through as a query parameter in the share link.

This allows you to create a scalable sandbox which can be personalized for each prospect.

Editing images

HowdyGo allows you to replace any images within your capture. This can be particularly helpful for branding a demo for customers by using their logos.

You can perform image replacement on any image in your demo by clicking on the image and either uploading a new image or using our dynamic logo replacement.
