👥 Team Roles (Pro & Enterprise)
Organization admins can now assign Admin or Editor roles to team members. Admins have full access to team settings, billing, and access controls. Editors can create and edit demos but cannot manage organization settings. You can also set a default role for new team members under Settings > Access Controls. Learn more.
🔒 Access Controls (Pro & Enterprise)
A new Access Controls settings page gives admins centralized control over organization security. Configure your default team member role, require SSO authentication, and restrict which domains can embed your demos. When domain restrictions are enabled, embeds on unauthorized domains are automatically blocked and share links require viewers to be signed in to your organization. Learn more.
🎯 Pop-up Embeds
Open any demo in a full-screen modal overlay using the HowdyGo SDK. The share modal now includes a “Pop-up” tab with ready-to-copy code for adding a demo trigger button to your site. Modals automatically size to the demo’s recording dimensions and work with user identification and personalization. Learn more.
🔌 WordPress Plugin
We’ve released an official WordPress plugin for embedding HowdyGo demos. Install it from your WordPress admin and start embedding with paste-to-embed, shortcodes, or the Classic Editor toolbar button. The plugin handles responsive sizing, mobile strategy, launch screens, and server-side caching out of the box. Learn more.
