Howdy AI can review your demo’s overall structure and give you feedback on pacing, flow, and organization. It looks at the full picture, not just individual steps, and suggests concrete improvements.

How It Works

  1. Open Howdy AI and click Improve structure (or type something like “how can I improve this demo?”)
  2. Howdy AI reviews your demo and provides feedback based on patterns we have seen across thousands of demos
  3. Where it can, it offers to apply changes directly (like adding chapters, enabling auto-progress, or rewriting steps) as accept/decline previews

Howdy AI looks at your demo the way an experienced demo creator would: Is the pacing right? Does the flow make sense? Are there clicks that should just play through automatically? Would chapters help viewers navigate? Is it the right length for how you plan to use it?

Asking Targeted Questions

You can ask specific questions about your demo’s structure:

  • “Is this demo too long for a cold outreach email?”
  • “Should I split this into multiple demos?”
  • “Which steps could I cut without losing the core message?”
  • “What is the best order for these features?”
  • “Where are viewers most likely to drop off?”

What Howdy AI Can Apply Directly

Based on the review, Howdy AI may suggest changes it can apply:

  • Enable auto-progress on steps that are just navigational clicks
  • Add or reorganize chapters to improve navigation
  • Rewrite step content that is unclear, too long, or inconsistent

Each of these appears as a preview you accept or decline. For suggestions it cannot apply directly (like reordering steps or splitting into multiple demos), it provides guidance for you to act on in the editor.
