AI Usage
The AI Usage page in the HowdyGo dashboard shows how much of your organization’s AI allowance you have used so far this billing period and when it resets.
How AI usage is tracked
Usage is tracked monthly. Your organization’s AI usage is tallied against your allowance for the current monthly block, and resets at the start of the next one. The allowance varies by plan.
On a free trial, your allowance is limited to 5% of the Starter plan allowance. Once you upgrade, your full allowance unlocks.
When you run out
When you try to use Howdy AI after reaching your full allowance, you will see an error letting you know you have hit your limit. If you need more before your allowance resets, click Get in touch on the AI Usage page to chat with our team.
What counts toward AI usage
Your AI usage goes up whenever you chat with Howdy AI, whether you are creating an interactive demo or a sandbox. AI Narration does not count toward this allowance.
