🔎 Website Visitor Tracking
Install the new keyed Tracking Script across your website or app to connect demo activity with visitor identities and campaign data. For account-based marketing, it can keep target-account and campaign context with each identified visitor’s demo activity. It reads the sources you enable, including CRM cookies, forms, query parameters, Segment, and RudderStack. It can also send demo events to GA4 or Google Tag Manager. Configure each key separately and check its Seen on pages list to verify the installation. Learn more.
🛡️ Data & Privacy Controls
Admins on Pro and Enterprise plans can now disable viewer identification or anonymize viewer IP addresses from Settings > Data & privacy. The controls are independent, so you can keep anonymous engagement analytics while preventing HowdyGo from retaining identity or IP data. Learn more.
👥 Team Access Management
Admins can revoke pending invitations. They can also disable team members without deleting their demos, then reactivate them later. HowdyGo signs disabled members out immediately. The Team management table now shows roles and account status together. Learn more.
📊 HubSpot Session Activity
HowdyGo now adds one HubSpot timeline activity when an identified viewer engages with a demo. It records the demo and viewing location, along with collection details when applicable. Repeated events in the same session do not create duplicates. Learn more.
🧾 Bulk UI Edits with Howdy AI
Paste a long list into Howdy AI or attach a .csv or .txt file to make bulk changes to captured UI text. Howdy AI checks a list or find-and-replace mapping against the demo, then prepares a batch of up to 100 replacements. Learn more.
🎥 Video and Image Editing
You can now replace captured MP4 and WebM videos or change their poster images. Preview an upload before saving, or restore the original media. You can also replace images drawn inside canvas elements, and HowdyGo shows their upload progress. Learn more.
