Password Protection

Require viewers to enter a password before opening your demo. This is useful for unreleased features, internal training, or a demo prepared for a particular customer. Anyone with the link and password can view it.

Password protection is also available for sandboxes and collections.

Setting Up Password Protection

1. Open your demo, click Share, and choose Access control.
2. Publish the demo if you have not already done so.
3. Turn on Password protection, enter a password, and click Save.

The password applies to both share and embed links. After entering it, viewers can continue viewing the demo without entering it again during the same session.

Changing or Removing a Password

Return to Share > Access control to edit the password and click Save, or turn off Password protection to remove it.
