Embed in Hubspot
To embed a demo into Hubspot marketing pages you can use the design manager to create a module for your demo.
Hubspot's knowledge base (opens in a new tab) is a great starting point for this, but we've also explained how to do it step by step below.
Step by step
Create a Demo Module in Design Manager
- In Hubspot go to the "Content" section
- Under "Content" open "Design Manager"
- Select File > Create New File Select "Module" from Components.
- Select the type of content you plan on adding this module to, good defaults are "Landing Page" and "Blog Articles"
- Choose a Local module Name the file something descriptive like "HowdyGoWalkthroughDemo" You can put the module in a directory called "Demos" to keep things organized.
- Copy the embed code from HowdyGo into the
module.html
code section. - Publish
Add the module to your landing page
- Go to Content > Landing pages
- Find your landing page
- Click the "+" button on the left hand menu
- Scroll down to "Modules > All" or search for the name you chose (e.g. HowdyGoWalkthroughDemo)
- Drag the module into the page.
Pro-tip: If you want to adjust the padding/styling of the demo on the page, it's recommended that you add a "Layout - Single Column" to the page and drag the module inside that element.
