Demo Collections
Collections provide an easy way to organize and share multiple interactive demos on a single page. Whether you’re presenting product features, onboarding new users, or building a knowledge hub, Collections allow you to group relevant demos together for a seamless experience. For breaking a single demo into navigable sections, see demo chapters instead.
Instead of navigating through separate demo links, users can explore a curated set of demos within a Collection, choosing the topics they want to learn about.
How Collections Work
A Collection consists of multiple demos, organized into lists. You can:
- Add any demos you’ve created to a Collection.
- Rearrange demos within lists to customize the experience.
- Edit titles and descriptions directly.
- Viewers can search within a collection to quickly find a specific demo.
One collection is included on the Starter plan. Pro and Enterprise plans include unlimited collections.
Organizing Demos with Tags
As a collection grows, tags help viewers find the demos that match their interest. While editing a collection, add tags to your demos, such as “Pricing”, “Onboarding”, or “For Admins”. You can reuse a tag you have already created in that collection or make a new one as you go, and a demo can have as many tags as it needs.
Tags belong to the collection you add them in, not to the demo itself. The same demo can carry different tags in another collection, and tagging it in one place never changes it anywhere else.
Once a collection has tagged demos, viewers can filter it by tag to focus on the demos that matter to them. Choosing several tags broadens the view to show every demo that matches any of them, and clearing the tags brings the whole collection back.
Sharing a Collection
Once your Collection is set up, you can share it just like an individual demo. Collections can be:
- Shared via a direct link so prospects or team members can access it instantly.
- Embedded on your website to keep users engaged without leaving your page.
You can also copy share links directly from the collection card in the library view.
