Organize & Link Screens

Howdy AI can label your captured screens, organize them into groups, and connect navigation between them. Open Howdy AI and describe the change you want to make.

Renaming and grouping screens

For changes to an existing sandbox, name the screens or groups you want to update. For example:

Rename the "Overview" screen in the Billing group to "Billing dashboard".
Move the "Invoices" and "Payment methods" screens into a group called "Billing".

You can ask Howdy AI to create or rename groups, change group order, move screens between groups, or label screens that still have generic titles. Removing a group leaves its screens in the sandbox without that group assignment.

Use a focused request such as “Group the ungrouped screens” to fill gaps while keeping your existing organization. With Ask before editing selected, review the change summary and click Accept before Howdy AI applies it.

Ask Howdy AI to add navigation across the sandbox or within a named group:

Add missing navigation links in the Settings group. Keep the existing links that already work.

Howdy AI uses the recorded clicks and captured page destinations to propose links, then checks for controls that remain unlinked. Matching navigation elements can be connected across screens, including controls you did not click during capture when their destination is available in the sandbox.

Review the screens included in the proposed change before accepting. If a destination was not captured, capture the missing screen before linking to it.

Describe the source screen, the control, and where it should lead. For example:

On the Billing dashboard, the "View invoices" button opens Payment methods. It should open Invoices.

Howdy AI inspects the current links and the recording to identify the correction. A repair can involve removing an incorrect link and preparing its replacement, with separate approvals. If the destination is unclear, provide the screen it should open.

You can also ask it to remove an unwanted link from a named control. Removing the link leaves the destination screen in the sandbox.

After applying changes, preview the navigation from the home screen and follow each important path. For precise manual adjustments, use the sandbox editor’s Link mode.
